If we feel that your system is too damaged to repair or repair time for your computer will extend more then 4 hours we may recommend to you that we do a complete reformat (reinstallation of your computer system).

2 Options are availalbe if you wish to reformat your system:

1. We reformat your system and you lose all your information. System is fully updated and cleaned out, includes copy of Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office 2007 Suite, Nero CD Burning Software, VLC Media Player, AIM, Areslite.	$75
2. We reformat your system and all your documents are backed up. You will still lose all programs and settings but all your files are safe.System is fully updated and cleaned out, includes copy of Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office 2007 Suite, Nero CD Burning Software, VLC Media Player, AIM, Areslite.	$100
