We are experts on hunting down spyware and getting your computer back
to the reliable trustworthy computer that you had when you first purchased
it. Spyware can drastically slow down your system and leave you vulnerable for access to vital and personal information. Unfortunately in some cases your system may be too damaged to rid of the spyware; in this case, a system reformat is recommended for optimal stability. We also have software that we recommend you purchase, but it's all up

Repair.
Our Goal is a 48 hour turn around time on computer repairs, this is
not always possible but we do everything in our power to get your computer
back to you within this time. We know that down time can cost you time
and money.
If we feel
that repair time for your computer will extend more then 4 hours we
may recommend to you that we do a complete reformat (reinstallation
of your computer system). What we do is back up all of your documents
and files to a CD or DVD, format the system, reinstall Windows, then
restore your files and programs. A reformat will bring your computer
back to the way it was when you first purchased the PC. After the format
we can then install the necessary software to protect you from spyware
and viruses. Programs will need to be reinstalled, and we can only install
programs that you have legal licensing for.
